Property, without the drone shot
01 — Discover
Every developer site opens the same way: a drone sweep over an elevation, a gold serif, and a form. Buyers we spoke to skipped all of it and went looking for the location on a map.
What they wanted was mundane and specific. How far is the metro, actually walking. What is the street like at eight in the morning. Is there a chemist.

02 — Define
The one sentence it turned on
Lead with where it is, not what it looks like.
The one sentence it turned on03 — Design
Listings open on the street, shot at eye level, at the hour someone would actually walk it. The elevation render appears fourth.
A short film per property, three minutes, no voiceover, no music bed — just the walk from the metro to the door.

04 — Deliver
Identity, a film series, and a listings platform where the neighbourhood is the primary content type.

A pack system that survives a category with no shelf

Fourteen dealerships that finally looked like one business

Three minutes, one take, no voiceover
